What types of books does Blue Tulip Designs offer?
Blue Tulip Designs creates storybooks and colouring books featuring magical adventures, imaginative characters and beautiful worlds to explore. Our books are created for different age groups, including children, teens and adults.
What is the difference between a Storybook and a Coloring Book?
Our Storybooks contain the complete illustrated story, while our Coloring Books allow you to bring the artwork to life with your own colours. Some adventures have matching Storybook and Coloring Book editions.
Where are Blue Tulip Designs books available?
Our books are available through the Blue Tulip Designs online store and selected online retailers, including Amazon.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship international to New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. All International orders are sent with tracking. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before they are dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Our Australian and international shipping options include tracking.
What if my book arrives damaged or has a printing fault?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where
possible, photographs of the problem. We'll work with you to arrange an
appropriate solution.
Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you have changed
your mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer
Law.
